WAGES

• Passport USA will pay you wage rates that meet or exceed the prevailing wage standard that an occupational therapist with similar training and experience would earn in your assigned geographic area. In addition to the base pay, you may be eligible to earn shift differentials for working evenings and weekends as well as overtime pay for working more than 40 hours per week.

BONUSES

• Referral bonuses of up to $1,000 per client selected occupational therapist 
• Retention bonuses may be available at select client facilities

PAID TIME OFF

• Participating Therapists are eligible for Paid Vacation, Sick Time, Personal Time Off
