QUALIFYING CREDENTIALS AND BONUS AMOUNTS INCLUDE:

• PT or OT candidates with Visa Screen certificate - $1,500 BONUS
• Candidates with passed NPTE examination - $3,500 BONUS
• Candidates with passed NBCOT OTR examination and TOEFL - $4,000 BONUS
• Candidates with U.S. license - $500 bonus per approved state, up to 2 states
• Candidates with license, test and visa screen credentials are eligible for each bonus for which they qualify (i.e. NPTE plus Visa Screen plus State License). 

BONUSES WILL BE PAID FOR CANDIDATE-PAID CREDENTIALS AS FOLLOWS:

• 50% paid at employment-based visa issuance (H1-B, EB-2 or EB-3)
• 50% paid after 90 days of successful employment
• Bonuses are not to be included in the expense advance program
• Candidates must provide receipts for their credentials to show us that they weren't paid for by another agent, or if they can't provide receipts, they need to show us their contract with the other organization and document that they are not bound by a contractual agreement to deploy with that agent.
