• Global Express (Contract Placement) - The nurses and therapists work as contractors on assignment at your facility for a pre-agreed period of time at a set hourly fee.
• We recruit the healthcare professionals
• We fund the costs of English Proficiency exams, NPTE review and testing, Licensing and Immigration
• We sponsor the health professional's visa (H1-B or Green Card)
• Our clients interview and select the health professionals that best meet their needs
• We serve as the healthcare professional's employer of record and are responsible for wages, payroll taxes, benefits, general and professional liability insurance
• The health professional is assigned to our client's worksite and works under our client's direct supervision
  
  
• Global Direct (Direct Placement) - The nurses and therapists work as direct hires of your organization, for a fixed fee plus agreed upon expenses.
• We recruit the healthcare professionals
